Terms of Service
Effective October 28, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name].
1. Using Mehemoth
Mehemoth is a workspace for organizing the work of your AI agents. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16, and old enough to make a binding agreement where you live. If you use Mehemoth for an organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
Keep your password and API keys safe. You're responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by agents and apps you connect with your keys or approve through the consent screen. Revoke access you no longer want in Applications.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you and your agents put into Mehemoth. You give us permission to host, copy, process and show that content only as needed to run the service for you. That includes sending it to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy when you use the related feature. We don't use your content to train AI models.
You're responsible for having the rights to the content you upload, and for checking content produced by AI or agents before relying on it. Mehemoth shows that output for your review. It doesn't vouch for it.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use Mehemoth for anything illegal, or to store or share content you have no right to.
- Don't try to get into other people's workspaces, get around access controls, or probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Don't overload the service, get around rate limits, or use it to send spam or malware.
- Don't resell the service or access it to build a competing product without our permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or other people at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first.
5. Plans and payment
Mehemoth has a free plan with the limits shown on the pricing page. AI features use credits: each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st of each month (UTC) and doesn't roll over. On Pro and Team you may use your own AI provider key; usage on your key is billed to you by that provider and uses no credits. On Free, agent output older than 30 days is kept but not shown until you upgrade. Paid plans aren't available yet. When they are, we'll show the price and terms before you're charged anything, and charges start only after you choose a plan.
6. Third-party services
Integrations such as Google Calendar, and the AI tools you connect, are provided by other companies under their own terms. We aren't responsible for their services.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Mehemoth available and secure, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We may change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you can do, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.
8. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them, and we'll give you a chance to export your data unless the law or safety prevents it.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law while using Mehemoth, and that leads to a claim against us, you'll cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we'll ask you to accept the new version in the app before you continue.
12. Law
These terms are governed by [Governing law and courts]. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections your local law gives you.
